May it please your Excellency to take into
consideration the Claim of the undersigned
to a right of pre-emption at the upset
price to an Allotment of Land in the
Township of Yamba - being Allotment No. 2 - Section
No. 9 - and on which the undersigned has
erected premises known as "Winter & Cos" Store - and
which store was occupied prior to the passing of
"the Alienation of Crown Lands Act of 1860"
