  1. That This Club Shall be known as the Roma

Rules of the Roma Rifle Club
1. That This Club Shall be known as the Roma
Rifle Club
3 2. That The Subscription to this Club shall
be Ten Shilling per annum payable half
yearly in advance
3. This Club shall consist of the following
offices, viz: Bresident, two Vice Presidents (with
power to add as many Honourary Vice- Presidents
outside of the Club as may be thought necessary)
Treasurer, Secretary and a Committee consisting
of Three, five of the above, exclusive of
Honourary Vice Presidents to form a quorum
5. That The officers shall be elected
annually by Ballot at the annual meeting
to be held in the last week in August
6. 5. Retiring officers shall be eligible for re-election.
