sworn states I am General Manager of the Day
Dawn Block G.M.Co Ltd. Know Anthony Weiderkehr, he was in
my employ on the 18 June last as a painter, by the day, his hours
were 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. He was working in the Managers cottages now
occupied by Miller. He was paid for a full days work on the 18
June. Time sheet of 18 June rendered is what is paid him from

18 June or at knock off time either.

Louise Miller
sworn states I am the wife of Thomas Miller
Engineer. I resided in a house on the 18 June the property of the Day
Dawn Block G.M. Co Ltd. Know A.Weiderkehr he was working at
my house painting on and before the 18 June.
He usually left after 5 o.'c. never before, for he used to look at the clock
in the dining room before leaving.

seen the clock when Weiderkehr knocked off. Can't say I did
on the 18 June.
Was always glad to get rid of Weiderkehr for painter always
made the house in such a mess.
