We also must inform you that there
are gentlemen who signed for Incorporation who now express
entire indifference upon the subject and who are inclined
to the belief "that it perhaps at present would be
undesirable" we are prepared with the names of several
in support of the statement

all paid officials should be instructed to take no
part in the proceedings unless they are bona fide Freeholders
