Enclosing a Power of Attorney for the purpose
of obtaining His Excellency's certificate

The execution of the enclosed Power
of Attorney by Mr Davis has been attested
by Mr McArthur, the Police Magistrate at
Georgetown. As the power is required in England
and it is impossible to have the execution notatially
certified in Georgetown, I have the honor to
request, that His Excellency the Governor's certificate
that the execution and attestation are in
order, be kindly procured. Please let
me know the fee payable and I will
remit it.
