Sept 1888 Sir In forwarding Trade Instructor Davies' resignation I would suggest that his successor should be appointed as soon as possible in order that he may get a week or two's [sic.] instruction as to the working of the tailoring department from Mr. Davies. I need hardly point out the necessity of offering the services of an intelligent steady and competent man for the position, and though a tailor, a whole man.
