I regret to state that I
shall not be able to proseed [sic.] to St. Helena
as desired, On Tuesday next. My present
Employer. Mr. Quinn has been unable to
fill my place, I shall therefore with
your permission. Stay with him untill [sic.]
Thursday 4th. instant at which date I
shall be pleased to leave for St Helena.
I trust a favourable reply from
you. Will not cause any inconvenience,
