Cloncurry 21st Decr 1888 To the Hon The Colonial Secretary Brisbane Mathias Davis respectfully begs to State that he has not had a reply to his letter addressed to the Hon The Colonial Secretary and dated 24 February 1888. Mathias Davis now respectfully begs to State that the Items in that letter are correct and still owing with the exception of ₤ 3=0=0 which he has since received. Mathias Davis now respectfully begs that the Hon The Colonial Secretary will remit the balance ₤ 40=19=0 by the earliest opportunity.
