Sir,
I am directed to acknowledge the receipt of your letter
dated the 22nd Ultimo, requesting that authority may be given you for
the sale of the old Police Barracks situated at Robinson's Creek
and that a sum of money may be furnished you for the purpose
of erecting a new Station on Commissioner's Creek.
In reply I have to convey to you the
authority for the sale of the buildings on Robinson's Creek the
proceeds of which you will remit to the Colonial Treasurer, and you
are further authorized to expend a sum, not exceeding £50, in the
erection of a station on Commissioners Creek.
