Sir,
We the undersigned residents of
Mc Ivor, Morgan, Sharpie, Cocoa Creek and
others. Having heard of the intended removal
of the Native Police camp from the Mc Ivor,
beg you to take this humble petition
into your most favourable consideration, and
before removing camp, kindly consider the
great injustice of such a step after he trouble
& expense which has so recently been gone to
for its formation here.
We may respectfully call your attention to our
recent petition setting forth the due necessity
for same & can only add its removal now
would [ably] place all residents & others here
in a worse positions than before its formation.
Trusting you will give this matter your
most favourable consideration, We beg to
subscribe ourselves as follows
