I have the honor to

police reserve, Selected on
the Mac [sic] River, by Mr St.
George, formerly Commissioner
for Lands, may be adhered
to and the present one
Selected by Land Agent,
Jackson, abandoned.
I consider the latter
Selection quite unsuitable
for the purpose required, being
distant some four (4) miles
from the MacIvor [sic] selections on
the River, and very imperfectly
supplied with water: which
is all "swamp" spin / pandanus
On the other hand
the original selection took a
[?] - Expenditure for fencing
about one mile and a half
would provide an enclosure
of some 600 acres or more,
unparallelled in the district. -
