I have the honor in reply
to yours of the 30th May (90/5585/Brds DDivl)
to again request that you with cause two
extra Black Troopers to be stationed at Atherton,
as this Board consider the police protection
is insufficient in that neighbourhood against
my sudden outrage by the blacks.
